Association of Authors and Publishers
COPYRIGHT POLSKA
founded in 2002, is the Polish collective management organisation (CMO) that collects and distributes the remunerations for reprography (publishers) and public lending right (authors and publishers). It is a non-governmental non-profit organisation.COPYRIGHT POLSKA comprises two groups of rightsholders: book/ press publishers and authors with equal representation in the Association’s governing bodies. The total number of members at the end of 2019 was 160.
COPYRIGHT POLSKA is an active member of the International Federation of Reproduction Rights Organisations (IFRRO) and the International Authors’ Forum (IAF). It collaborates with CMOs in many other countries: Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey and the USA.
